Stefan Geisler founded Trademark Buy Sale after two decades working across finance, tax law, and intellectual property.
He began his career in 1986 as a Finance Manager with the German Financial Administration, where he spent nearly two decades — until 2004 — working in finance and regulatory affairs. In 2014, he qualified as a lawyer specializing in tax and trade law.
In 2004, he founded Nikator Consult GmbH, focused on trademark consulting and IP legal services. Five years later, in 2009, he established the German Trademark Exchange, and in 2018 expanded internationally with the launch of Brandvillage.
Today, Stefan specializes in trademark acquisition, sale, and transfer, advising businesses, Amazon sellers, and international clients on fast, legally sound market entry across Germany, the EU, and beyond.
